Material Fact – Agenda approved at the DHM

MATERIAL FACT

São Paulo, June 29, 2018. Liq Participações S.A. (“Company”; LIQO3), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6404/1976 and CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, on this date, held a meeting for the holders of debentures of the 2nd series of the 1st issue (“Debenture Holders’ Meeting”), where the debenture holders approved the waiver of the maintenance, by the Company, of the financial ratios set forth in the 2 series of the 1st issue, for the second quarter of 2018, ended on June 30, 2018.
