Material Fact – Agenda approved at the DHM

São Paulo, June 20, 2018. Liq Participações S.A. (“Company”; LIQO3), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6404/1976 and CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, on this date, at a meeting for the holders of debentures of the 1 st, 2nd and 4th series of the 5th issue (“5 th Issue” and “Debenture Holders’ Meeting”, respectively), where the debenture holders of said series of the 5th issue approved, respectively, the following:

1st Series of the 5th Issue and 2nd Series of the 5th Issue
Waiver of the maintenance, by the Company, of the financial ratios set forth in the 5th Issue, for the second and third quarters of 2018, ended on June 30 and September 30, 2018, respectively.

4th Series of the 5th Issue
Waiver of the maintenance, by the Company, of the financial ratios set forth in the 5th Issue, for the second quarter of 2018, ended on June 30, 2018.
