São Paulo, November 21, 2018. Liq Participações S.A. (“Company”; LIQO3 pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6404/1976 and CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, regarding the earnings release published on November 13, 2018, and considering: (i) current macroeconomic conditions; (ii) lower demand for the Company’s services during the past years; and (iii) turnaround & restructuring costs, the Company, preventively, has analyzed alternatives to strengthen its capital structure, including, but not limited to, discussions with its creditors.

The Company will keep its shareholders, investors and the market in general informed on the topics of this material fact.
