Material Fact

São Paulo, March 14, 2016. Contax Participações S.A. (“Contax” or “Company”; CTAX11; CTAX3 and CTAX4), pursuant to Article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6404 of December 15, 1976 and CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, at a meeting held today, its Board of Directors authorized the Executive Board to take all the necessary measures for the Company’s migration to the special Novo Mercado listing segment of the BM&FBOVESPA S.A. – Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange (“BM&FBovespa”).
