Material Fact – Complementary Management Proposal – Debenture Holders´ Meeting

São Paulo, August 9, 2017. Contax Participações S.A. (“Company”; CTAX3), pursuant to Article 157, Paragraph 4, of Law 6404/1976 and CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general, further to the material facts disclosed by the Company on March 23, 2017, May 19, 2017, June 5, 2017, June 19, 2017, June 24, 2017, June 28, 2017, July 6, 2017, July 10, 2017, July 28, 2017 and August 5, 2017, that, on thisdate The complementary proposals of the Company‘s management for the general debenture holders’ meetings on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd debenture issue by the Company, of which are scheduled to be reinstalled on August 14, 2017, for the 1st and 2nd debenture issue, and on August 30, 2017, for the 2nd debenture issue, replacing the complementary proposals of the Company‘s management for such issues previously published on July 6, 2017 (“Complementary Proposals”, “Debentures” e “DHMs”, respectively).
