São Paulo, April 4, 2016. Contax Participações S.A. (“Contax” or “Company”; CTAX11; CTAX3 and CTAX4), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6404/76 (“Brazilian Corporate Law) and CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, in accordance with the decision in the records of Case no. 1000448-35.2016.5.02.0059, pending in the 59th São Paulo Labor Court, Mr. Nelson Armbrust, elected the Company’s Chief Executive Officer on March 4, 2016, was granted an interlocutory relief on April 1 ensuring him the right to perform his statutory duties as the Company‘s Chief Executive Officer.
