Material Fact – Suspension of Restricted Offering

MATERIAL FACT

São Paulo, March 13, 2018. Liq Participações S.A. (new name of Contax Participações S.A., in accordance with the Material Fact of January 30, 2018) (“Company”; LIQO3), pursuant to the provisions of the Instruction of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”) No. 358, of January 3, 2002, as amended, of CVM Instruction No. 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, and for the purposes of Paragraph 4 of Article 157 of Law 6404, of December 15, 1976, hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that the Restricted Offers of the Fifth and Sixth Issues of the Company’s Debentures (“Restricted Offer”), subject matter of the Material Fact of March 1, 2018, were suspended today due to the early judicial protection granted by the 4th Civil Court of Jundiaí. The Company will take the applicable legal measures to ensure the conclusion of the Restricted Offers and will keep the market duly up to date.
