Additional Management Proposals for the Debenture Holders‘ Meeting
São Paulo, October 28, 2015 – Contax Participações S.A. (“Contax” or “Company”) informs its shareholders, debenture holders, investors and the market in general that today it announced complementary management proposals for the meetings of holders of first, second and third issue debentures of the Company, which will be held on November 12, 2015, in accordance with the call notices published on October 20, 21 and 22, 2015.
