Notice to the Market

São Paulo, September 28, 2015 – Contax Participações S.A. (“Contax” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors elected, on this date, Mr. Ronaldo Vieira Carneiro for the position of sitting member of the Board of Directors, with term of office until the Company‘s next Annual Shareholders‘ Meeting, pursuant to paragraph 2, Article 15 of the Company‘s Bylaws and the effective law. The Board member elected complies with the independence criteria provided for in the standards of BM&FBovespa‘s Level 2 Regulation, being, therefore, considered as independent member. The Board member elected holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG) and a Masters‘ degree in Production Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ), having held several executive duties in his professional career.
