Notice to the Market

São Paulo, June 30, 2016. Contax Participações S.A. (“Contax” or “Company”, CTAX3), pursuant to the provisions of Article 30, Section XXXI, of CVM Instruction No. 480/09, hereby announces to its shareholders, investors and the market in general that the Board of Directors approved, at the meeting held on June 30, 2016, the internal rules of procedures of the Board of Directors and the internal rules of procedures of the following Board of Directors‘ Statutory Advisory Committees: (i) the People Committee; (ii) the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee; (iii) the Financial Committee and (iv) the Strategic Operational Committee.
