(“Contax” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors accepted today the resignations presented to the Board‘s Chairman by Pedro Luiz Cerize and Marcelo Cerize as sitting and alternate members of the Company‘s Board of Directors.
