Contax Participações S.A. (“Company”; CTAX3), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404/76 and CVM‘s Instruction nr. 358/02, announces to its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, on this date, received the resignation of administrators and approved the election of a new Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer (“CFO”).
